Some parts of the Platform are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our refund policy.
In no event shall Toolzy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
